This year's Music in Public Libraries seminar will take place at Westminster Music Library on Thursday July 13th 2017 from 1pm until 4.30pm. The seminar is primarily intended for library staff who work with music, in all its aspects, in a public library setting for some or all of their working week, but is open to everyone. The seminar is free to attend.
Presentations include an address by Barbara Eifler, Executive Director of Making Music and Ros Edwards and Geoff Thomason will promote the newly improved music library courses available from IAML.
Malcolm Jones will be doing a presentation on the new Encore 21 which should be really useful, particularly as the old Encore will soon cease to operate. It's a great chance to ask Malcolm, the creator of Encore, a few questions in person. The seminar will also feature the regular Reports and Information exchange.
If you would like to attend or require further information please contact Ros Edwards.
