A IAML colleague with their finger on the pulse, has alerted us to this forthcoming event:-
Henle Urtext Editions are holding an online Open Day this Thursday, 23 March. It looks to be a very full and interesting programme.Â
If you’re interested, you can register at:
The various sessions are being recorded, so if you can’t attend a live presentation you can still catch up afterwards. Some sessions are also being repeated during the day itself, to cater for those logging in from different time zones. Presentations that might be of particular interest to librarians include ones covering how Urtext editions are created, and about large-scale projects such as the complete edition of the works of Bartok, a long-term collaboration between Henle and Editio Musica Budapest.
