IAML (UK & Irl) is able to provide limited assistance for attendance of the Annual Study Weekend and the annual international congress.

Music Libraries Trust (MLT) bursaries

The Music Libraries Trust (MLT) provides a limited number of bursaries to attend the IAML (UK & Irl) Annual Study Weekend. Invitations to apply are published in advance publicity for the ASW and posted on the iaml-uk-irl email list after bookings open.

Ian Ledsham Bursary Fund

The Ian Ledsham Bursary Fund exists to honour the memory of Ian Ledsham, a long-standing and much respected member of the UK & Ireland Branch of IAML, who died in September 2005. It offers an annual bursary of £350 to Branch members who wish to attend IAML’s international congress. Ian very much appreciated the opportunities provided by attendance at these congresses, and it is therefore fitting that the Branch should try to enable deserving members to attend. This bursary is administered by the Music Libraries Trust and further information can be found on its website.
